We’re getting ready for the Butterfly Festival at Red Bank Battlefield in National Park! We’ll be offering butterfly- and flower-themed balloons and face painting from noon to 4:00 p.m. Stop by and say “Hi!”
Martin Luther Chapel is holding a community block party today, Sunday, July 1, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., on the corner of Baker Ave. and Rt. 130 in Pennsauken. Activities include a bounce house, petting zoo, balloon twisting, face painting, touch-a-construction-vehicle, health fair tables, games, music, free good, free raffles, and more. All activities have been moved indoors to the air conditioned gym.
We’ll be balloon twisting during this fun, free event. We hope to see you there!
Just Plain Silly will be entertaining at this weekend’s Pennsauken Harvest Festival! We’ll be balloon twisting and face painting throughout the event, held on Saturday, Oct. 7 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Pennsauken Community Recreation Complex, located at Westfield and Bethel aveunes. Look for our tent, but be sure to get there early so you miss the lines!
In addition to celebrating the community’s rich culture, the Harvest Festival is also accepting donations for hurricane relief for the victims of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico. You can find more info in the video below.
Play With This Toys & Collectibles and Merchantville Public Events are hosting a toy and collectible street fair on Saturday, Sept. 23 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Held along West Park Ave. in Merchantville, adjacent to the Borough Hall, the event showcases a variety of new and vintage toys, games, and collectibles for sale. In addition, the toy and collectable street fair features food, special appearances from some superhero favorites, and more.
We’ll be twisting right outside of Play With This Toys & Collectibles today from right around noon until 2:00 p.m. We hope to see you there!
We don’t just like twisting balloon dogs; we’re pretty fond of the actually, fluffy, four-legged variety as well! That’s why we’re very, very excited to be entertaining visitors at these great pet-friendly fundraisers!
On Saturday, June 11, we’ll be twisting at the Paws and Feet 5K Run and Walk and Smile Mile™ Fun Walk. Sponsored by the Animal Welfare Association, the event is held at Eastern Regional High School, 1401 Laurel Oak Rd, Voorhees, NJ, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Come find us by the main stage!
Then on Sunday, June 12, we’ll be balloon twisting and face painting at the second annual Merchantville Mutt Strutt! This great event is held from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Centre St. and Chestnut Ave., right across from the Merchantville Fire Station. Proceeds from this event benefit both the Animal Welfare Association and the Foundation for Pets.
